Refund Policy We have a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be done with 24 hours prior to their appointment time to avoid charges. For cancellations made before/ within our 24 hour time frame, we happily apply your appointment purchase as a credit on your account and help your re-book as needed, or fully cancel your appointment. We have a 2 hour Rescheduling policy This includes rescheduling due to weather, sickness, homes not being ready etc. We cannot guarantee availability, but will happily schedule the next available appointment that works for you. Rescheduling done within less than 24 hours will result in a $25 fee. All cancellations are cancelled through the office, or online and are considered cancelled with confirmation from Sunny Skies Media. See our contact information and office hours. A non-confirmed cancellation means you have not had a response from one of our team members regarding your request. We prefer you cancel with our admin, but you may also reach out to your photographer asap. Non- confirmed cancellations may continue as scheduled and may result in a no-show, or unprepared fee of $50. A cancellation made with less than 24 hours until the appointment will result in the remaining amount being applied as a credit to your account funds. A $50 fee will be applied unless the appointment is rescheduled. No- Shows, or Un-prepared will be charged half price, plus travel fees, no exceptions. The rest of the amount will appear in your Sunny Skies account and can be applied to your next shoot. We do not refund credit cards and any and all credits will be applied to your Sunny Skies Media account by default. Credits appear at check out, and are pre-selected as a method of payment.
